About the role
We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Experience Team Members to join our existing call centre and translation team. We are looking for someone to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.

Can speak fluent German, you will be dealing with our customers contacting us from Germany.
You are friendly, outgoing, a great listener and have excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.

You have the ability to travel to Livingston, Scotland.
You will be expected to:
Communicate with customers professionally, via our Live Help service, telephone (inbound calls only) and German social media channels
Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality.
Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via all our channels.
You will assist in both English to German and German to English translation.
Provide translation assistance both written and verbally to the business internally.
Full training will be given in both English and German.
